Indoor Cycling

Indoor cycling is an invigorating way to keep fit and healthy. It combines music and enthusiasm to create an electric environment that motivates the rider to push mentally and physically. He developed the indoor cycling bike to reduce the chance for injury and long hours required for road biking.

Cycling is a high intensity and low impact workout. The circular motion of the pedals allows for a smooth and continuous stroke eliminating pounding on joints and lower back. It’s a great way to get in shape without damaging your body. The health and real life benefits to having a strong heart are immeasurable. Besides building your heart muscle, indoor cycling also burns calories at a high rate. One can easily burn 600-1,000 calories in a 45-minute class.
