Anne Judson-Yager



 

Anne has been spinning and instructing for more than five
years and is a Johnny G certified instructor. She elevates her students to reach their full potential and expectations. Anne promotes body awareness in her class by focusing on small muscle groups and core work during each workout. The soundtrack for her class includes music from rock, hip-hop and alternative genres. In Anne’s class you can expect a serene environment with a passion for spinning.

 

Jennifer Kemp

Jennifer is a Johnny G certified spin and YAS certified yoga instructor. She has been spinning for more than eight years and has taught spin, aerobics and step classes. Jennifer strives for her students to achieve a “spinner’s high”. Her teaching style focuses on endurance mixed with strength segments. Students are encouraged to create a challenge for themselves by utilizing the instructor’s guidance and the music. Students can expect a steady beat of music with a variety of rock songs while spinning in Jennifer’s class.  She welcomes feedback about her class and is happy to answer questions. When participating in Jennifer’s class, look forward to working hard, relieving stress and a feeling of accomplishment.  

 

 

Leigh Ann



Leigh Ann has been spinning for more than five years and received her instructor certification from Johnny G. She believes that consistency and goals are essential in a workout and encourages students to move outside their comfort zones. Her class style is fast paced and includes speed work, sprints and jumps with endurance and strength elements. She inspires her class with song choices from hip-hop, pop, 80s, oldies, big band and swing. Expect a party in Leigh Ann’s class as she gets her groove on, dancing and rocking out on the bike.

 

Fernando Gaviria

Fernando has been instructing with Johnny G certification for more than six years. To achieve the best results of fitness, Fernando feels that working out should include proper nutrition, weight training and cardio. This cardio class picks up the pace with an emphasis on strength and endurance to rock, Latin and hip-hop beats. Fernando welcomes participants of all spinning levels.

Janelle Dote

Janelle has been spinning for five years and instructing for more than two years with Johnny G certification. Janelle believes in working hard to play harder, which is why students can expect a class with a balanced combination of strength and endurance rides. She may be a stickler on form but during her class expect to have fun. Her class includes themed climbs, moans, groans and belly dancing to various styles of music. Janelle brings enough energy in her class to replace your morning cup of coffee.
