We have special hours for this Holiday Weekend. Sat the 26th we will have one 9:30am spin class and we a Pole Seduction class at 1 and 2pm. We will be closed Monday. Have a great Holiday!

Summer fitness is in the air and the gym is a buzz! Here are some new developments thanks to the growing demand of our wonderful clients.

 Thanks to Angela's awesome marketing the morning classes are in bloom. The class attendance is up and we have added a new instructor and time.
Shawn L teaches a 9:30am spin Tu-Thurs that will give you that workout high you crave.
Try Angelas Tu & Thurs 6:30am or Mon-Thurs 10:30am

Jimmie on Tues and Thurs 7:30pm

Jimmie's late evening class is the talk of the town! He will now teach Tuesday evening as well. Look for him dancing on the bike to his awesome music collection at 7:30pm Tuesday and Thursday. This class is not to be missed!
