Spin & Yoga
– 35 mins. of indoor cycling followed by 30 mins. of a combination of
Iyengar, Ashtanga and Anusara yoga to ease the mind and stretch the
body.
Spin & Sculpt
– 45 mins. of indoor cycling followed by 15 mins. of body sculpting
including push ups, core work, and free weight exercises.
Spin & Body Barre
– 30 mins. of indoor cycling and 30 mins. of Body Barre, a series of
leg, thigh and butt exercises to lift and firm those targeted areas.
