Class Descriptions

Spin | Spin & Abs | Spin & Yoga | Spin & Sculpt | Spin & Body Barre | Pole Seduction Novice | Pole Seduction  Smooth Moves | Pole Seduction Strip and Climb

Spin - A 45 mins. indoor cycling workout. This is the ultimate, non-impact cardio class featuring high energy music through our state of the art sound system, serious motivation and brand new top of the line Schwinn bikes. Our bikes are outfitted with Look and SPD pedals.

Spin & Abs – 45 mins. of indoor cycling followed by 15 mins. of ab-sculpting.

 

Spin & Yoga – 35 mins. of indoor cycling followed by 30 mins. of a combination of Iyengar, Ashtanga and Anusara yoga to ease the mind and stretch the body.

Spin & Sculpt – 45 mins. of indoor cycling followed by 15 mins. of body sculpting including push ups, core work, and free weight exercises.

Spin & Body Barre –  30 mins. of indoor cycling and 30 mins. of Body Barre, a series of leg, thigh and butt exercises to lift and firm those targeted areas.

Pole Seduction Novice –
This class teaches basic erotic movement including floor work and pole tricks. Please bring, knee pads and a leotard or workout clothes. This class will tone and sculpt, as well as offer you a free space to highlight your sexuality and increase your libido.

 

 

 

Pole Seduction Smooth Moves – This class uses floor work graceful extensions and classy poses to create a long lean figure. Pole Seduction Smooth Moves is an excellent workout and offers a low impact alternative to our current pole seduction classes. Please wear sweat pants and stilettos.

 

Pole Seduction Strip & Climb combines the art of the walk with the strength of climbing! Learn to gracefully move across the floor and effortlessly climb the pole. This class uses your body weight to tone and strengthen while promoting balance and confidence. Please wear plastic topped Stilettos and shorts. (We suggest taking our Novice class first)
