Your summer is here and so are we!  Lets work together to make it the best it can be.  We have made some great changes for you.  We have late evening spin  Tu & Thurs 7:30 pm and we are now leaving the class schedule each day on our answering machine for those of you away from the internet.  We are always looking to improve our gym so feedback is valuable to us.  Keep talking and we will keep listening!
