To accomedate all you late sleepers we have moved Angelas high energy and dynamic spin class to 10:30 am. Monday through Thursday. If you have taken this class before check out the new feel and new time or this invigorating ride with music that is out of this world! You can also catch Angela at her 6:30 am Sunrise Spin on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
