Max brings tons of experience to his spin classes. He has been spinning since its inception and brings experience from his time as a personal trainer and pilates instructor to his classes.
Look to strengthen your core and blow your mind. Max will teach a 45 minute spin on Tues & Thurs at 6:30pm. Don't miss it!

Did you know that yoga is the perfect addition to your workouts at SPUN! It is great to elongate muscles after a hard spin and helps build strength and flexibility for Pole! We now have yoga right after our 10:30 spin and before our Pole Dance Workout with Stella on Saturday 11:30am. Stella also teaches yoga on Mon at 4:30pm. Don't forget that you can use one of your spin series for yoga class and its FREE with any unlimited membership!
