Pole Dance Classes at BeSpun


Pole Dance Workout Class is a 1 hour workout for the experienced pole dancer that allows students to learn and practice pole tricks, erotic dance moves, transitions and floorwork. We recommend one year pole dance experience to join our Pole Dance Workout Free Dance program.


Each class begins with stretching and a sexy mat-based warm up, then moves into pole work and ends with "free dance" and flexibility work.


"Free dance" is an improv style performance that allows a student to explore movement and transitions to create a style that is unique to each person.


Students new to pole dance are to take Pole Dance Workout Beginner classes for 6 months to one year or use our Accelerated Beginner and Intermediate Programs to catch up. With these programs you could be comfortable taking our free dance classes in just 16 weeks.

There are morning, afternoon, and night classes daily, allowing for flexible and frequent attendance.
This format allows students to progress at their own pace and integrate their personal style.
This training prepares you for performance work in one of our studio shows, independent performances, or pole competitions.
Students may purchase individual classes.
Students may purchase Pole Specialist Memberships which include unlimited pole dance workout classes, core conditioning, MMA workout, and cycling. We recommend a minimum of 3 classes per week to see dramatic results in confidence, skill level, body shaping, and performance quality.
